- (OBIT: Mrs. Marcia Noyes, 75, died unexpectedly at her home on High Street in Caribou Monday, April 7.
Mrs. Noyes was the widow of the late Lynwood E. Noyes.
The daughter of William Hamilton and Jennie (Paul) Finnemore, she was born Feb. 5, 1900 in Caswell.
She attended schools in Limestone and was a member of the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church of Caribou.
Mrs. Noyes was a former member of the Limestone Grange and the Caribou Garden Club. She was a member of the Jenny Lyon Circle of the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Clayton P. Noyes of Caribou and Preston A. Noyes of Milford, Conn.; one daughter, Mrs. Willis (Marjorie) Sewell of Caribou; two brothers, Lewis and Waldo Finnemore of Caribou; three sisters, Mrs. Otto (Fannie) Palmer of Fort Fairfield, Mrs. Clifford (Thelma) Hjulstrom of New Sweden and Mrs. Frank (Hazel) Paul of Lebanon, N.H. and seven grandchildren.
Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home in Caribou Tuesday and funeral services are to be held there today, Wednesday, April 9, 1975 at 2 p.m. The Rev. William Chamberlain, pastor of Gray Memorial United Methodist Church is to officiate.
Interment will be in the Episcopal Cemetery in Limestone later in the spring.
Pallbearers are Dana Cushman, Donald Belyea, Prescott Roberts, Norris Brown, Bert Frost and Orman Blackstone.)
