Notes |
- He and Marcia sold their farm on the Strickland Road, Fort Fairfield while son Clayton was still serving in the Army and moved into Limestone in a house next to his sister Dora. Clayton came home from the Army in January 1946 and they began looking for a new farm. They selected the farm on the Grimes Road, Caribou in March of that year and moved there in April. The farmhouse on the new farm had been occupied by a Cook and was owned by Dr. Strickland.
