"son Joseph Wright" was appointed executor.
The witnesses were Benjamin Weston, Hannah Weston and Job Weston.
On 7 April, 1766, the will was presented for probate by Joseph Wright, the executor, and allowed, on the oaths of Benjamin Weston and Job Weston, two of the witnesses, and administration was granted to Joseph Wright.
An inventory of the estate was taken on 4 April 1766, by Gideon Bradford, Benjamin Weston and Jabez Newland. A pew in Meetinghouse" was valued at £1, 6s., 8d.. "the homestead farm with the buildings & fence thereon, & Cedar swamp & Iron Ore" £480. The total amount of the inventory was £544, 12s., 1d. Joseph Wright, the executor, and the three appraisers, made oath to the inventory, 7 April, 1766, before John Cushing, Judge of Probate.)
