      Be it Remembered,

      That I, Moses, Henry, Oliver Noyes now in the Town of Deerfield in the county of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and publish this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in manner and form as follows, to wit:

      To my Beloved Wife for her Good and faithful care of me and my child, and my Real Estate, and personal belongings, I leave to my said wife Cora Rand Noyes my one third of my farm and buildings thereon Situated in Deerfield, New Hampshire. Also to my wife aforesaid all my personal property of every kind and nature out of which my just debts must all be paid, from the income or sale of my part of my farm and personal property, including the paying off of two small mortgages now on the farm. It is also my wish that my wife Cora Rand Noyes has full charge of and care of my child who is Florence Bessie Noyes, my adopted daughter who was nine years old the 13th day of last December and that my said wife will be appointed the Guardian of my said daughter, to have full care and charge of her and her Real Estate and personal property until she shall be 20 years old or until she gets married.

      I also wish to have the following amounts paid to my relatives or friends after all my debts are paid, Viz:

      To Florence Bessie Noyes I leave one Dollar ($1.00)
      To Mrs. Lyle Carson of Rochester NH I leave one Dollar ($1.00)
      To Mrs. Mildred Noyes of Rochester N.H. I leave one Dollar ($1.00)
      To George Woodbury Noyes of Eliot Maine I leave one Dollar ($1.00)
      To Mrs. Hattie Yeaton of Deerfield N.H. I leave five Dollars ($1.00)
      To Miss Izetta May White of Deerfield N.H. I leave five Dollars ($1.00)

      I do hereby nominate and appoint Cora Rand Noyes of Deerfield New Hampshire sole Executrix of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. The said Cora Rand Noyes to add without bounds.

      IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal, this 13th day of May, A.D. 1909.
