- Most researchers have her as the wife of Dr. Enoch Sawyer and daughter of John and Hannah (Tappan) Mood[e]y, born in Newbury 1 Dec 1730 [spelled Moodey in VR and is listed in adjacent entries as daughter of John, Jr. and Hannah, born Dec. 30, 1729 and Dec. 1, 1730]. These are probably the same Hannah] which would match the Newbury death VR of Hannah Sawyer, wife of Dr. Enoch Sawyer, who died 23 Mar 1790, age 60 according to Newbury VR.
The Newbury VR says Hannah, daughter of John, Jr. and Hannah died 27 Jan 1734, aged 4 yrs. 29 dys. This would place her birth date at 1 Dec 1729 [perhaps explained by the old and new style dating systems].
John, Jr. and Hannah (Tappan) Mood[e]y then had another Hannah shown in the VR born 11 Mar 1734; she is also listed in the Newbury VR (Moodey)as having died 5 Jan 1735 and (Moody) 5 Jan 1736/7.

Another researcher has the wife of Dr. Enoch Sawyer as Hannah (Moody), daughter of Caleb and Elizabeth (Emery) Moody, born 15 Oct 1739 in Newbury but her known death date of 23 Mar 1790 does not compute with either the VR age of 60 nor the gravestone age of 64.

The gravestone of Hannah, consort of Dr. Enoch Sawyer, says she died 23 Mar 1790, aged 64 [age differs from VR].
That leads me to believe Hannah, daughter of Dr. Samuel and Judith (Hale) Moody, born in Newbury, 12 Jan 1725, would be close to matching the age 64 on the stone (but not the age 60 in the VR) -- one or the other has to be incorrect. This Hannah does not appear in the Newbury death VR as Hannah Moody/Moodey.
