Brainerd- George F. Lintner, 75, Route 4, died Saturday at his home in Platte Lake Township.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday at Shelley Funeral Chapel, Little Falls, with the Rev. Gerald A. Erickson officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Little Falls.
Friends may call after 4pm today at the funeral chapel in Little Falls.
Mr Lintner was born June 26, 1908, in Dundee to the late Emil and Martha ( Lidtke) Lintner. He married Helen B. Noyes on Sept 16, 1932, in Zion Lutheran Church, Little Falls. After her death in 1960, he married Elsie Scherer on June 21, 1962. He farmed in the area for many years and has lived in Platte Lake Township for the past six years.
Survivors include daughter and sons, Mrs Leonard ( Arlene ) Sura, at home; Leroy, Blaine; George Jr. and Duane, Columbia Heights; six foster children; sisters and brother, Mrs Joseph ( Marion ) Otremba and Mrs Donald ( Murriel ) Noyes, Little Falls; Dennis, California; 34 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by one brother.
Pallbearers will be John Kimmen, Dale, Wayne, Kevin, Brian, Duane, Gordon and Stephen Lintner.

George F. Lintner, age 75, a resident of Route 4, Brainerd, passed away Saturday afternoon, Oct. 8, at his home in Platte Lake, Twp.
Survivors include daughtors, Mrs Leonard ( arlene ) Sura, at home; sons, Leroy L. Lintner of Blaine, George F. Lintner jr, of Columbia Heights, Mn and Duane D. Lintner of Columbia Heights, Mn; foster children, Glen, Gordon, Edward and Larry Lintner, Mrs John ( Sharon ) Kimmen, and Mrs James ( Sandy ) Bayerl; sisters, Mrs Joseph ( Marion ) Otremba of Little Falls, and Mrs Donald ( Muriel ) Noyes, of Little Falls; Brother, Dennis E. Lintner of California; 34 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Helen B. Lintner and one brother, Harry Lintner.
Funeral services were held Tues. Oct 11 at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls. Burial was in the Oakland Cemetary.
Elsie Evelyn Sherer is George's sister-in-law. Her husband was Harry Leroy Linter brother of George Fred Lintner. After Harry and Georges wife Helen Betty Noyes died, they married.
