  	(OBIT: Maurice H. Hincks, 77, formerly of Waverly Street, died Tuesday in a Freeport nursing home after a lengthy illness. He was born in North Yarmouth, son of Henry and Minnie (Beers) Hincks, and attended schools there. Mr. Hincks was employed for 25 years at the S.D. Warren Co. in Westbrook, retiring in 1968. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Small) Hincks of Portland; three sons, Henry C. of Jacksonville, Fla., Maurice L. of Portland, and Jeffrey P. of South Portland; four daughters, Norma K. Anderson of Portland, Barbara H. White of Westbrook, Elizabeth J. Hincks of Fortunes Rocks, Biddeford, and Charlene J. Bowling of Bridgewater, Mass.; three brothers, Joseph, Philip and Ulysses all of Yarmouth; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 10 am Saturday at the Lindquist Funeral Home, 37 Portland St., Yarmouth, with interment at Brooklawn Memorial Park.)
