    Notes
    • She joined the Methodist Church with her husband. The first of their four children was born the year after their marriage.

She moved to New York State and came under the influence of New York and New Haven Perfectionists. By 1835 she had become a believer. Shortly after her fourth child was born, the family joined the Oneida Community on February 10, 1848. Although seceding from the Community for a seven year period after the death of two of her children, she returned and stayed until the breakup when she and her family moved to Batavia, New York.
