      I Ebenezer Lang Noyes of Salem in the County of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following.

      First I give and devise to my father the sum of twenty dollars to be paid to him at the expiration of two years after my decease.

      Also I give and devise unto my sister Sarah Norton, wife of Nathan Norton of Greenland in the County of Rockingham my brass fire set including only the hand irons and shovel and tongs.

      All the rest and residue of my personal estate after payment of my debts and legacies and all of my real estate I do give and bequeath unto my wife Rebecca Noyes, her executors administrators and assigns to her and their own use and benefit forever And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Rebecca Noyes sole executor of this my last will and testament.
       
      In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of July 1838 Signed sealed published and declared by the above mentioned Ebenezer Lang Noyes as and Ebenezer Lang Noyes for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
