In the name of God Amen.
I, Moses Noyes of Deerfield in the
County of Rockingham and state of New Hampshire
being of a sound mind and memory do make,
publish and declare this my this my last will and testa-
ment; and herein dispose of all my worldly estate,
in manner following, to wit;
_First_- I order and direct my executors herein after named
to pay all my just debts and funeral charges, as soon
as may be after my decease
_Second_- I give bequeath and devise to Ella A. Hazen of
Deerfield aforesaid, with whom I intend into marriage all
my household furniture, my best horse, harness, carriage
and sleigh. And I do give to Ella A. Hazen
the same to be in lieu of dower in my estate, in the event she
may become my widow, the income and interest of the
sum of one thousand dollars-to be paid to her annually
so long as she may remain my widow, by my executors.
_Third_- I give bequeath and devise to my eldest son, John L.
Noyes for and during the term of his natural life,
my home farm on which I now live in Deerfield,
also the "Deacon Harvey" farm so called in said in Deerfield,
also so much of the "Fore Lot" so called, which I bought of
Major Cilley, as his in aforesaid Deerfield, the same
being on the opposite side of the road from the Deacon
Harvey farm aforesaid - and from and after the decease
of my said son John L. Noyes I do give bequeath and
devise all the real estate in this section named to the
male heirs of my said son John L. Noyes, to them and
their heirs and assigns forever~
_Forth_- I do give bequeath and devise to my beloved
Son Hiram D. Noyes for and during the term of
His natural life, all my real estate situated, lying
And being in the town of Nottingham in said county of
Rockingham, and from and after his decease, I do
Give and devise the same to the heirs male of my
Said son Hiram D. Noyes, to them their heirs and
Assigns forever~
_Fifth_, I do give and bequeath unto my son Moses H. O. Noyes
the sum of one dollar. ~
_Sixth_, I give and Bequeath to Miriam Anna Noyes, the
Eldest daughter of my son Moses H.O. Noyes the sum of
four hundred dollars, to be paid to her by my executors
when she attains the age of twenty one years or marries
which ever event- first- occurs. ~
_Seventh_; I give and bequeath to my daughter Angeline
W. Harvey wife of Moses B. Harvey, the interest and
Income of three hundred dollars, to be paid to her an-
ually by my executors during her natural life,
and from and after her decease, I do give and beque-
-ath the principal to wit said three hundred dollars,
to her heirs male their heirs and assigns forever.
_Eighth_; I give and bequeath to my daughter Miriam A.
Batchelder wife of Moses Batchelder, the interest
and income of three hundred dollars, to be paid to
her annually by executors during her natural
life , and from and after (hear decease) and from and
after her decease I do give and bequeath said prin-
cipal sum of three hundred dollars to her daughter
Miriam Aldora Batchelder her heirs and assigns
forever~
_Ninth_, I do give & bequeath to my daughter Areannah A.
Page, wife of George Page, the interest of
three hundred dollars to be paid to her annually
by my executors during her natural life, and from and
after her decease, I do give and bequeath said principal sum
three hundred dollars to the heirs male of her the
said Areannah A. Page.~
_Tenth_. I give to Eunice W. Ayers wife of Joseph W. Ayers the sum of one dollar~
_Eleventh_. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary L. Palmer wife of Frank Palmer the sum of one dollar.
_Twelfth_. I give, bequeath and devise, to my sons John L. Noyes
and Hiram D. Noyes, aforesaid, equally, share and share
alike to them their heirs and assigns forever, all the rest
residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and
mixed, where ever found and however situated; and
I do hereby appoint my sons John L. Noyes
and Hiram D. Noyes to be executors of this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking, all former
wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have here unto set my hands and seal
this twenty forth first day of September in the year Year of our Lord one
thousand eight-hundred and sixty seven.

in presence of us, who at his request;
in his presence, and in the pre-
sence of each other, have sub-
scribed our names and witnesses
