      Duane E. Noyes, 80, died Feb. 25 in Omaha, Neb. 
      He was born Sept. 14, 1919, in Linton, N.D. An Army veteran of World War II and recipient of the Bronze Star, he was an investigator for the Nevada Gaming Commission and a former 27-year resident of Las Vegas.

      He is survived by his sister, Mildred Hadfield of Mondamin, Iowa;
