      "The last will and testament of Timothy Noyes, of Haverhill District, and Province of New Hampshire, in New England:-
      Imprimis, I recommend my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God, who gave it me, and my Body to the earth, to be decently buried, at the Discretion of my Executors herein-hereafter named; and as touching such Worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God in this life to bless me.
      I give and demise and Dispose, in manner and form following. Item, I give and bequeath to Sarah, my dearly beloved wife, the one-third part of my stock, and also all the household stuff and household Goods that she brought with her when I married her. I also give her free use and improvement of the one-half of my real estate during the term of six years next ensuing the date hereof; and at the end of six years next my will and pleasure that my wife shall have the free use and improvement of one-third of my real estate, as long as she remains a widow. I also give and ordain that my wife shall be at the charge of bringing up my youngest sons, until they shall arrive at the age of 14 years, and fit for going out for a trade.
      Item, I give to my beloved son Silvanus (naming pieces of land, and where bounded, etc.).
      Item, I give and bequeath to my beloved son Ebenezer the whole of my homestead, together with the buildings thereon, and also about 50 acres of land adjoining Silvanus's land. I also give my son Ebenezer a lot of land in Kingston, and also a lot of land and meadow which lays upon Belnap's Brook (so called), joining land of Thomas Johnson; and I will that my son Ebenezer shall come into immediate possession of one-half, and at the end of six years he shall come into possession of one-sixth, and at the death of my wife, the remaining part; and it is my will and pleasure that my son Ebenezer shall pay to my beloved son Benjamin the sum of £120 old tenor, when he shall arrive at the age of 21 years.
      And I likewise Will and ordain that my son Ebenezer shall pay to my beloved son John the sum of £120, old tenor, when he shall arrive at the age of 21 years; and it is my will and pleasure that if either of my sons shall die before they arrive at the age of 21 years those that survive shall receive the legacies herein bequeathed to him or them, and it is my will and pleasure that my son Ebenezer shall pay all those just debts which in duty might or conscience I owe to any persons whatsoever.
      I give and bequeath to my son Ebenezer two-thirds of my stock, and remaining part of my personal estate which I have not disposed of to my wife, in this my last will and testament.
      Lastly, I constitute and appoint, make and ordain, my trusty and well beloved friend, Jonathan Carlton, of Amesbury District, in New HAmpshire aforesaid, yeoman, and my beloved son Ebenezer, to be the executors of this, my last Will and Testament; and I do hereby utterly revoke, Disarmit, and dissolve all former wills, testaments, and Legacies, and Executors heretofore named or made. Ratifying and conforming this to be and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
      In testimony whereof I, the said Timothy Noyes, have hereunto set my hand and seal thereto, this, the 26th day of Oct., Anno Domo, 1745, in the 19th year of his majestys reign.
      Signed, Sealed, Published and Prounced, and Declared, by the said Timothy Noyes to be the last will and testament, in the presence of us."
